History

We at All Saints Church, Highams Park (ASHP), are proud to be the custodians of a Robert Spurden Rutt organ. Sadly, owing to a lack of finances, this wonderful instrument has been neglected. I feel, as the current minister at ASHP, that this should no longer be the case. The church is the property of the community, not just the church family who meet on Sundays and at various other times throughout the week. To enable the community to once again enjoy the benefits of this historic instrument and the building that houses it, we are planning to adjust the physical setting (seating) of the church to help to facilitate concerts, recitals, conferences and other meetings. With this aim in mind, we need to breathe new life into this magnificent organ. Please help us to do so by supporting the various charity concerts that will be advertised on this site and the church noticeboard. We hope that these events will help towards raising the £50,000 needed to refurbish the organ.

Thank you in advance,
Revd Steve
